Return & Exchange Policy – GMG DETECTORS
All sales are final – no returns accepted after delivery.
Once your order has been shipped and received, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than a confirmed manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.
Exceptions:
In case of a manufacturing defect or product damage during shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide clear photos and details of the defect/damage.
If approved, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
No refunds will be issued for any other reason.
