General Terms
All sales are final – no returns accepted after delivery.
Orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
Exceptions
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the product is defective or damaged.
Provide clear photos and details of the defect/damage.
If approved, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
No refunds will be issued for any other reason.
Additional Return Terms
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
In case of a confirmed defect or shipping damage, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.
Exchanges are accepted within the same period.
